1 scoop of Skinny Protein chocolate powder
1 tbsp of cacao
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 egg white
2 tbsp of almond milk (or skim milk)
Toppings/ Sides –
Mayvers Food Almond, Coconut and Cacao Spread
- Mix all the ingredients into a mug with a fork – ensuring no lumps
- Microwave for about 20 seconds* – be on constant watch of the mug cake, once you see it start to bubble up/over then it is pretty much done.
- Cook the mug cake to your liking – you may like it moist or you may not. If you want to cook for longer and you see it bubbling up then remove from microwave and pierce with a fork and cook for longer.
- Cover your mug cake in Mayvers Food – Almond, Coconut and Cacao Spread and top with shredded coconut or whatever else may tickle your fancy.
